Associate Training Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for bright, energetic fresh graduates to join our HRMS Product team as Associate Training Consultants. You will learn our Human Resource Management System (HRMS) inside-out, create easy-to-understand guides and videos, and train our global teams on Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Claim, Employee Self-Service, and other HR modules.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves HR technology, communicates complex ideas simply, and enjoys enabling others to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain accurate, user-friendly documentation: release notes, user guides, process workflows, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for all HRMS modules
• Deliver internal training programs (live virtual sessions, recorded videos, quick-start guides, hands-on workshops) on new features and major releases
• Work daily with our Product and R&D teams to ensure 100% accuracy in all content
