Associate Underwriting Analyst – TPA (12 Month Term)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Underwriting Analyst (Term) to support the TPA underwriting team in preparation of client reviews. This role will focus on analyzing program performance, producing standardized reporting, and driving process improvements. The position aims to transition manual reporting processes toward automation and scalable solutions and may extend to a permanent role depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver TPA program reviews, including performance summaries, loss trends, pricing adequacy, and key metrics.
• Aggregate and validate data from TPAs and internal systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Produce recurring reports (every 3/6/10 months) to support portfolio monitoring and client discussions.
