Associate UX Designer

Position Summary The UX designer is the player's advocate in the team. Youll be responsible for crafting delightful player experiences that impact millions of gamers worldwide. The role requires you to have a holistic approach to experience design, from concept to execution. Work closely with game designers, artists and product managers to develop unique concepts and bring them to life with clear wireframes and effective prototypes. Requirements Required skills: A strong portfolio demonstrating robust knowledge of design fundamentals Basic knowledge of games (be it mobile, PC, console, board games etc) Empathy for players, young and old A keen eye for aesthetics and strong opinions on it Great communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate design decisions Decent research, observation and deconstruction skills Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or similar wireframing tools Bonus points: If you love games.
