As part of the Corporate Advisory team, you will be a vital member executing financial diligence or valuation advisory project work. You will:
As part of the Corporate Advisory team, you will be a vital member executing financial diligence or valuation advisory project work. You will:
- Analyse financial data and identify key business trends on historical performance.
- Discuss the performance of the company and forecast assumptions with key management
- Undertake financial modelling, financial analysis and market research.
- Apply a variety of valuation methodologies for the purposes of enterprise valuation for M&A, litigation support, valuation of intangible assets and intellectual properties, purchase price allocation and goodwill impairment testing.
- Write reports setting out the findings and recommendations on key commercial and financial issues in the transaction.
- Degree in Accountancy; professional accounting qualifications or finance-related discipline
