Introduction Our client is a well-established animal hospital in Havana, Florida, near Tallahassee. They are hiring for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their expanding 3-doctor practice, providing general care for cats and dogs. Working Hours / Rota The hospital opening hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday 7:00 am - 12:30 pm, and closed on Sundays. This is a full-time position. Role Description and Responsibilities The role involves providing general practice care across medicine and surgery, with a focus on preventive healthcare, dentistry, and wellness. Clinical responsibilities include wellness care, vaccinations, parasite prevention, senior pet care, dermatology, nutritional counseling, health certificates, surgery, urgent care, dental care, boarding, microchipping, and in-house diagnostics.
