Position Summary :

The Associate Vice President for Advancement Operations   oversees the critical systems and processes that ensure the smooth operation of the Advancement division and consistent, accurate, timely, and thoughtful communication with NYBG’s donor constituencies. These include gift processing, data management, donor stewardship, prospect research, and digital communications, as well as analyses to support data-driven decision making. The AVP for Advancement Operations reports to the Chief Advancement Officer and manages a team of six full-time employees.
