Principal Role
Minimum 18+ years of experience, 10 years at Managerial Level and should have capability to manage 800+ FTEs
Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes
Responsible for day to day deliverables in the US, UK, Europe clients
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum 18+ years of experience, 10 years at Managerial Level and should have capability to manage 500+ FTEs
Minimum 10+ years of R2R/P2P/O2C experience is mandatory.
Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes
Identify opportunities to increase existing processes, reviewing the current lifecycle and new business
Review FTE requirements, shift plans & capacity planning
Responsible for day to day deliverables in the US, UK, Europe clients
Should be ready to work in client specific shifts.
