Associate Visual Merchandise Manager

The Associate Visual Merchandise Manager works closely with the store teams to ensure that high visual merchandise standards are maintained across all stores.
Responsibilities
I. Store Opening
Lead store openings. Ensure that the final displays are ready
Coordinate with the Engineering team and Merchandising team to finalize the macroplan and SKU list for new stores
Update the planogram based on the availability of SKUs for the store opening
Coordinate with Marketing team, Store Operations, and suppliers for the lightbox and board up design and installation
Conduct Visual Merchandising training for the store before opening
II. Existing Stores
Update the macroplan per store every month to align with the current campaign
Check and update the planogram based on SKU availability of the current campaign
Set a monthly campaign brief with all store representatives one week before the campaign drop
