Responsibilities Perform day-to-day operational activities in relation to Payment Processing (Inward MEPS (II), Outward Meps (OI) and Accounts Transfer (RF)), which may include undertaking shift work, overtime (where needed) to ensure BAU continuity; and support on non-biz days (where applicable). Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing, with zero tolerance for error as job entails handling remittance transactions that is of significant financial & reputational risk.
