Job Title: Associate / Senior Associate – Corporate Tax

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 package 

About the Role We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join a well-established and high performing Corporate Tax team based in Adelaide. This role offers hands on exposure to a broad range of corporate tax matters, with strong Partner access, structured development, and clear pathways for progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review company and trust tax returns
• Assist with corporate and international tax advisory engagements
• Support M&A transactions, including tax structuring and due diligence
• Assist with ATO reviews, audits, rulings, and tax governance matters
• Research and analyse technical tax issues and prepare advice and reports
