Associate/Senior Associate | Investment Funds | BVI & Cayman Focus | Dubai

A Dubai-based offshore practice is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate (c5 PQE) to join its established Investment Funds and Corporate team. The group advises on BVI and Cayman structures and works closely with regional sponsors, asset managers and international institutions operating across the Middle East and beyond.

This is a growth hire driven by sustained client demand. The Dubai office operates as a key hub, coordinating offshore advice for funds and corporate transactions with a strong cross-border dimension.

The Role:

• You will advise on a broad range of investment funds matters, including:
• Hedge, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, energy and credit funds
• Venture capital and growth equity structures
• Digital assets and blockchain-related vehicles
• Fund formation, structuring and ongoing regulatory advice
