The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate / Senior Associate to join our Hong Kong Public Companies practice. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to provide legal advice and support to public companies in Hong Kong. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in advising public companies on a wide range of corporate and securities law matters.
Draft and review legal documents, including prospectuses, annual reports, and regulatory filings.
Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
Support senior lawyers in the preparation and execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and other corporate finance activities.
