                    Job Description Plan, execute, and optimize monetization strategies to drive sales revenue, including but not limited to in-game sales, top-up promotions, pricing initiatives, and improvements to user payment flows.
Analyze and continuously improve key revenue metrics such as payer penetration rate, average revenue per user (ARPU/ARPPU), retention of paying users, and campaign ROI.
Oversee operations of the in-game store, including content updates and promotional activities.
Ensure broad accessibility and a smooth payment channel experience by working closely with internal teams and external partners to improve payment methods, success rates, and transaction reliability.
Maximize revenue through sustainable, player-centric tactics and marketing efforts that balance short-term sales impact with long-term player trust and engagement.
