The Position

•    Serve as a member of NNRCC leadership team, contribute to NNRCC's strategy and goal setting. 
•    Lead and develop a highly professional, creative, engaging, energetic and respectful biomolecular technology team. 
•    Lead and develop an advanced biomolecular technology platform  to enable NNRCC target discovery in cardiometabolic diseases and project progression upto G0 milestone.

•    Ensure strategic fit and focus of NNRCC biomolecular technology team.
•    Lead multifunctional work groups to carry out strategic and/or technology projects. 
•    Build and develop a strong network with internal and external stakeholders for collaboration and maximal value creation.
