Looking for the right talent for our Manufacturing site in Balagtas, Bulacan. Local talents only.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with SAP or HRIS is an advantage
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Demonstrate leadership skills and capability to manage projects effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Results-driven and adaptable to change
Must be willing to work on-site in Balagtas, Bulacan.
