Asst Manager Category Marketing Beauty & Personal Care

Role Overview: This role will be responsible to support the category team in managing product performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of category initiatives. Role & Responsibilities: Category Performance Tracking Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and product movement across channels. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly performance reports. Track key metrics such as sales, margins, stock levels, and product-wise performance. Data Analysis & Reporting Use MS Excel to analyze sales data, trends, and category insights. Create dashboards and reports to support category decision making. Maintain product master sheets, price trackers, and promotional trackers Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, E-commerce, and Finance teams.
