1) Develop and implement strategic plans for maintenance activities based on industry best practices.
2) Manage and optimize maintenance schedules to ensure maximum plant, machinery, and utility availability while minimizing costs.
 
Preventive Maintenance:
1) Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities for moulds, ensuring their optimal performance.
2) Monitor the availability of moulds and implement measures to minimize downtime.
 
Breakdown Management:
1) Monitor and analyze machine and mould breakdowns.
2) Ensure timely and effective repairs to minimize Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
 
Team Leadership:
1) Train, motivate, and manage maintenance staff to ensure competence and achievement of performance objectives.
2) Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
