Job Description

                    Responsibilities Handle complete lubricant filling operations for multiple filling lines 
Manage and monitor production activities of 2 shifts effectively 
Ensure achievement of daily production targets with minimum downtime 
Coordinate with blending, maintenance, warehouse, QA QC, and dispatch teams for smooth operations 
Ensure proper machine utilization, line efficiency, and housekeeping standards 
Monitor product quality, filling accuracy, and packing standards 
Supervise operators, helpers, and shift staff efficiently 
Ensure smooth shift handover and proper production reporting 
Allocate manpower as per production planning and operational priorities 
Maintain discipline, teamwork, and productivity within the department 
Perform production-related SAP entries and maintain production records 
Monitor material consumption, production output, and stock movement through SAP
