Asst Project Manager

About the role

This is a full-time Assistant Project Manager position located in the Woodlands North Region, supporting the team at Galaxy Studio Interior Pte. Ltd., a leading provider of construction project management services. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
2. Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
3. Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager and other key stakeholders
4. Identify and resolve any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle
5. Ensure all project documentation, such as contracts, permits, and safety records, are maintained accurately
