Asst. Project Manager/Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Communicate and meeting with the client and all stakeholders to resolve all site issues

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent certification from recognised institutions
• Minimum 5 years relevant LOCAL experience in Building and Construction Site /Project Management
• Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work as a team
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines
