Asst. Sanitation Manager

**Job Description**

The Sanitation Manager will lead Sanitation operations and supervise, train and direct the sanitation associates. Reports to and support the Sanitation Manageror Facility Director in achieving objectives and client expectations.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Support the Sanitation Manager in overseeing plant-wide sanitation operations within a high-volume bakery manufacturing environment
+ Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards, maintaining strict food safety and quality protocols
+ Assist in the development and execution of Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS)
+ Coordinate and supervise daily sanitation team activities, including task assignments, shift coverage, and performance management
