This is a dual‑focused leadership role covering import customer service operations and pricing management across sea and air freight. We're seeking a strong communicator with solid industry expertise who can ensure competitive pricing, operational excellence, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Manage and prepare import freight quotations aligned with market trends
Analyze market rates, competitor pricing, and trade lane performance
Support Sales with competitive pricing strategies
Maintain and update rate systems, tariffs, and customer agreements
Ensure pricing compliance and profitability
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to meet customer SOPs
Prepare reports on pricing performance and customer insights
