Job Description
The Assurance Administrative Assistant provides quality administrative and document support to Assurance professionals across all HT offices. This role works closely with all levels of the Assurance team to support the delivery of accurate, well-formatted, and client-ready assurance reports while upholding the Firm's core values and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively uphold the Firm's core values (HT3) and service standards
- Create and maintain report formats for new clients and projects, including Word tables and Excel schedules
- Assist in processing assurance report drafts, including proofreading and reviewing changes for accuracy and consistency
- Perform numerical checks (footing) using 10-key numeric entry to ensure accuracy of totals and figures
- Create PDF versions of reports in both draft and final issuance formats
- Prepare client letters and correspondence as directed by staff, managers, and partners
