The selected candidate will be responsible for handling statutory audit assignments for medium to large-sized organizations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards. The role offers excellent exposure to large-scale audits and direct interaction with clients and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities : Plan, execute, and finalize statutory audit assignments independently and in coordination with seniors Handle audits of entities with turnover exceeding 500 Crore Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements Identify audit risks and perform risk-based audit procedures Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, FEMA, and other relevant regulations Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and draft audit reports Coordinate with clients ...
