About the role

• We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Asylum Paralegal to join our dynamic team.
• This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Spanish and English and has a strong interest in our areas of practice.

Note: The candidate has the flexibility to choose to work according to either the Pacific Time Zone (PT) or the Central Time Zone (CT).

What you'll do

• Conduct thorough and accurate client intake processes, including initial screenings, phone calls, emails, and the collection of necessary information for attorney review.
• Support attorneys in preparing and filing asylum applications, with a particular focus on Latin American clients.
• Prepare client declarations and gather, organize, and summarize supporting evidence for asylum cases.
