Analyze and resolve technical and functional issues related to Atlassian systems, plugins, and scripts

Define, analyze, and implement new technical solutions and projects

Collaborate with users to automate and optimize business processes

Create and modify reports, custom workflows, and dashboards

Support users in leveraging Atlassian tools effectively

Configure and maintain Atlassian applications and integrations

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.

Experience as an Atlassian Administrator

Knowledge of popular Atlassian Marketplace apps and extensions
