Atlassian Tools Administrator

Our partner is a highly regulated, data-driven technology organization delivering mission-critical background screening and compliance services at enterprise scale, where accuracy and delivery predictability are essential. They are adding an Atlassian Tools Administrator to bring structure, consistency, and visibility to how engineering and delivery teams plan work, collaborate, and execute at scale. In this role, you will act as the functional owner of Atlassian tools across the organization, ensuring Jira, Confluence, and related capabilities are configured to reflect how teams actually work. The focus is on thoughtful platform design that balances flexibility and governance, enabling teams to move predictably without unnecessary process overhead.

Experience and Education:
