Description:-Jira, JSM, and Confluence administrator working to implement complicated projects and automation, as well as troubleshoot for users and server problems-Creating and updating Jira projects and Confluence spaces for internal company instances-Maintaining JIRA/Confluence instance health with troubleshooting, version upgrades, and server monitoring-Assist with end-user requests and problems, including permission changes, adding fields, tweaking workflows, and updating automation-Develop declarative and scripted automation for end-users and administration-Foster usage of Confluence as an internet and repository of internal documentation
