ATM Operations (Incident Management)

Position Summary

• This role manages computing environment to protect production systems that is critical to business success. This is related to managing incidents in relation to ATM operations and other related systems.



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 1-2 years of ATM operations experience

• Experience in handling tickets or incidents

• Good understanding on ATM fault, dispatch, onlining and deployment is a big plus.

• Knowledge of incident management principles, procedures and techniques

• Good communications skills



Other Details

• Work Location: BGC, Taguig

• Work Setup: Hybrid – 3x onsite, 2 days WFH (might go 100% onsite in the future)

• Work Schedule: Shifting (6am-3pm; 2pm-11pm)

• Salary Range: Php 20,000 – 27,000
