ATM Operations Unit Member

• Forecasting cash withdrawals and deposits to anticipate needs and residual balances
• Maintaining enough cash to cover the cash requirements of each ATM but balancing operational expenses
• Optimizing the process of trips to ATMs and managing payments to the Cash In Transit service providers
• Monitor cash balances and manage cash needs efficiently
• Placing excess cash into high-transaction ATMs to manage loading fee
• Negotiating with cash hubs to manage cash provisions, sourcing, pick up and return schedules
• Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential cashouts thru hourly monitoring and timely requestsfor cash loadings
• Manage cash provided by Cash Provider Banks and load optimally to ATMs to manage both cashout incidents and CIT trips
