Job Title: Attendance Records Officer Department: Registry/Attendance team Reports to: Attendance and Engagement Manager Location: Remote Contract Type: Full-time Job Purpose: Attendance Record Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating student attendance tracking and academic engagement data across the institution.
This role supports student retention and academic success by ensuring accurate records, identifying patterns of concern, and working collaboratively with academic, monitoring and support departments to intervene effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and monitor accurate student records in compliance with institutional policies and data protection regulations.
