Job Summary

Assists guests with stroller and wheelchair rentals along with the sale of additional add-on products. Individuals are also responsible for luggage services operations checking and storing guest’s luggage at various locations around the resort. Assist guests with Locker services including renting and retrieving. Sells various theme park ticket products and additional add on products to enhance the guest experience at the Universal Beijing Resort. Money management and till balance will be required in all areas.

Major Responsibilities

Assists with processing transactions for the sale of rentals products such as strollers and wheelchairs throughout multiple resort locations while practicing proper money handling procedures and ensuring the accuracy of funds.
