Attorney (Civil Litigation)

What you will be doing:

• Conduct legal research and draft clear, persuasive pleadings and motions.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear and argue in court.
• Participate in case strategy and settlement negotiations.

Experience you will need:

• Possess outstanding legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Have strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Prior experience or interest in civil litigation and/or trust and probate litigation preferred.
