Attorney/Lawyer

Description We are looking for an Attorney/Lawyer to join a litigation practice in Dallas, Texas, where you will take an active role in contested matters from early case assessment through trial preparation. This position is well suited for a developing attorney who wants meaningful courtroom exposure, substantive case ownership, and the chance to sharpen advocacy skills in a collaborative legal environment. The role offers broad involvement in motion practice, discovery, client communication, and strategic case planning across a varied litigation docket.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare persuasive motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents that support case objectives and procedural requirements.
• Oversee assigned matters throughout each stage of litigation, including filings, discovery, case development, and trial readiness.
• Take part in depositions by preparing witnesses, conducting questioning, defending testimony, and helping shape discovery plans.<...
