Robert Half is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Park Ridge, IL to identify a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking long-term professional growth in a collaborative, client-focused environment.


Responsibilities:

+ Handle complex commercial litigation matters in Illinois state and federal courts

+ Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and dispositive filings

+ Manage discovery, including large document productions and data review

+ Prepare and defend depositions and participate in ADR proceedings

+ Assist with trial preparation, hearings, and appeals

+ Work closely with partners and clients to develop litigation strategy


Requirements
Qualifications:

+ 3-5+ years of commercial litigation experience
