AU Accountant

We are currently hiring an Accountant to support our Australian accounts, open to candidates at both Accounting Assistant and Accountant level. This role is ideal for someone with strong fundamentals in AP/AR and Australian accounting, who is hands‑on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred but not required
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Australian accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting and taxation
• Experience using MYOB or Xero
• Construction industry experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle AP & AR
• BAS & IAS preparation
• EOM reporting and daily cash flow
• Bank & balance sheet reconciliations
• Journals and ad-hoc reconciliations
• Payroll tax, superannuation & statutory reports
