The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the transactional functions of the group accounts payable and accounts receivable.

What You'll Do

• Match Purchase Orders and entering sundry supplier invoices into Netsuite/ERP
  
• Review venue processed invoices and reconcile invoices to creditor statements
  
• Reconciling invoices to creditor statements
  
• Processing employee expense claims and maintain proper filing and organisation of financial records
  
• Processing and completing daily Bank Reconciliations
  
• Reconciling daily takings to H&L POS software and investigating variances and Debtor account issues
