Job Description

An opportunity is available for a dependable, proactive, neuro-affirming au pair to collaborate with Mom in managing the daily routines of three siblings (one in Grade 5, and twins in Grade 2). The home environment is dynamic and fast-paced and the family would benefit from significant executive functioning support, emotional connection and inclusion. Mom’s neurodivergent perspective enriches her highly intentional parenting approach and the ideal candidate will be easy-going, adaptable, and collaborative—able to step in with initiative while honoring the family’s rhythms and values.
