As an Accountant, you are responsible for: 
Handle finance queries in Freshdesk 
Daily receipting, monthly Bank reconciliation, and bank account administration 
Term deposit investment and maturity communication 
Financial check and reports generation (Frequency vary for each building) 
Monthly cashflow forecast and management 
Miscellaneous on-charging to owners (Gas, water, electricity, car park, etc)
