AU Senior Accountant

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, providing superior financial and accounting services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including account and bank reconciliations, invoicing, billings, payments, bank uploads, finance logs, and report generation
Prepare financial statements and other reports, involving cash flow, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Capital Gains Tax (CGT): Accurately calculate CGT and apply the principles to real-world client scenarios, demonstrating a sound understanding of the details and information required for accurate reporting.
Tax Return Preparation: Prepare Company and Trust income tax returns, ensuring compliance with Australian taxation laws.
Reconciliations and Distributions: Confidently complete tax reconciliations and manage trust distribution calculations.
