In Bogotá - Colombia , we are looking for an Audience Strategist with more than 3 years of experience in advertising and marketing agencies. Their mission: to understand, build, and activate audiences and value segments that drive the business growth of our clients, through the analysis and integration of multiple data sources. Working between teams. Conversational English. Experience in regional projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BI and digital implementation teams to build growth segments and audiences for brands in LatAm.
• Design actionable audience matrices and manage critical activation variables: duplication, reach, frequency, and saturation across the funnel.
