Audio-Visual (AV) and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) Executive

The Services required are set out as follows:

Audio-Visual (AV) and Information & Communication Technology (ICT)

• Manage and support Audio Visual equipment during all school events
• Set up, test and operate, and dismantle sound, lighting, and AV systems for school activities (e.g. meetings, assemblies, Sports Day, Speech Day).
• Maintain accurate inventory, loan and usage records of AV and ICT equipment (e.g. projectors, visualizers, swivels, cables, sound systems).
• Provide consultation and advice to to Head of department / ICT, Subject Head / ICT, and ICT Manager on the school's AV requirements.
• Manage AV equipment in classrooms and specialised rooms,monitor usage, and carry out routine and annual maintenance.
• Support ICT Manager with liasing and coordinating with vendors for servicing, repairs, and maintenance works.
