Description
Manage and support Audio Visual equipment during all school events
Set up, test and operate, and dismantle sound, lighting, and A systems for school activities (e.g. meetings, assemblies, Sports Day, Speech Day).
Maintain accurate inventory, loan and usage records of AV and ICT equipment (e.g. projectors, visualizers, swivels, cables, sound systems).
Provide consultation and advice to to Head of department / ICT, Subject Head / ICT, and ICT Manager on the school's AV requirements.
Manage AV equipment in classrooms and specialised rooms, monitor usage, and carry out routine and annual maintenance.
Support ICT Manager with liasing and coordinating with vendors for servicing, repairs, and maintenance works.
Support ICT Manager with the loan, replacement, and condemnation of AV and ICT equipment and accessories.
