Job Purpose:
The Audio-Visual Specialist will be responsible for executing audio productions, managing audio engineering tasks, and supporting the team in operating and maintaining audio/visual equipment. This position will involve leading volunteers and collaborating with a team to ensure the seamless operation of both small and large-scale events. Depending on experience, the role may include additional leadership responsibilities such as managing audio engineering teams and overseeing more complex audio setups and live productions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead or support audio engineering and mixing for Front of House (FOH) and livestreaming events. Operate and maintain audio/visual hardware and peripherals, including patching, system calibration, and troubleshooting technical issues.
