This role ensures the accuracy and quality of system design, programming, DSP configuration, documentation, and commissioning while overseeing field team performance and technical staff development. The position blends hands-on technical leadership with team mentorship, project coordination, and quality assurance to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to high industry standards. The Audio Visual Technical Manager partners closely with project managers, engineers, programmers, and clients to maintain consistency, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction across all projects.
