Position Summary
Part of a multidisciplinary team within the Division of Audiology, Department of Otolaryngology. Works under the direction and supervision of a licensed audiologist and is responsible for providing high-quality service to and coordination of patients with hearing aids and cochlear implants throughout the continuum of care. Coordinates office functions and performs specialized/technical duties with minimal supervision.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides assistance during patient appointments with the following: further counseling on items such as hearing aid orientation (insertion/removal of device, use/charging of devices), connectivity between hearing aid devices and patient's personal devices (i.e., cell-phones) and routine hearing aid cleaning.
