to join our remote creative team. Your primary mission is to ensure our videos sound professional, clear, and balanced, specifically optimized for the unique requirements of the YouTube platform. You will take raw recordings from varied environments and use technical processing to eliminate noise, balance dialogue, and integrate music/SFX into a seamless final mix.

Key Responsibilities

• Dialogue Leveling & Clarity:
  Balance multiple voices to ensure consistent volume throughout the video, preventing peaking or whispering segments. Prioritize dialogue clarity using EQ to ensure it is recognizable even on mobile devices with lower-quality speakers.
• YouTube Loudness Standards:
  Ensure all final mixes adhere to YouTube's normalization targets, to prevent the platform from automatically reducing your volume and causing distortion.
