Audit Assistant

Dawat-e-Islami Trust is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Audit Assistant to join its Audit team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting management through independent and objective audit assessments in line with the Trust's mission and values.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct audit fieldwork in accordance with the approved internal audit plan.
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, systems, and procedures.
• Perform compliance reviews to ensure adherence to organizational policies and applicable regulations.
• Document audit findings with appropriate supporting evidence and prepare draft audit reports.
• Prepare detailed audit working papers and assist in drafting clear and concise audit reports.
