Audit Associate

Description

Supports the Senior Audit Associate on multiple audit engagements, which include planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits. 

Principal Responsibilities

• Assists the Audit Manger performing and documenting substantive audit procedures in accordance with the audit plan.
• Prepares draft reports and ensuring timely submission to immediate superior.
• Effectively apply knowledge in audit, accounting, and financial reporting standards and other regulatory requirements to the assigned jobs, specific to clients' concerns.
• Apply knowledge of the firm's audit methodology to perform and document the result of audit work using the firm's audit tool.
• Identifies audit issues and escalates to Manager as necessary.
• Capable to lead Junior Auditors and Audit In-charge in reviewing their work and providing guidance.
