Audit Associate

The Experienced Audit Associate supports audit engagements by performing substantive audit procedures, documenting working papers, and assisting in the completion of financial statement audits in accordance with applicable auditing standards. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, audit methodology, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
*Audit Execution
*Perform audit procedures for assigned areas (e.g., cash, receivables, payables, inventories, PPE, revenue, expenses).
*Prepare clear, complete, and well-documented audit working papers in compliance with firm methodology and auditing standards.
*Execute tests of controls and substantive testing based on the approved audit plan.
*Assist in walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control evaluations.
